It seems like so much of what I read in the news is negative or at least not terribly encouraging, so I really enjoyed reading this article on Michelle Bachelet, the president of Chile. I know almost nothing about Chile, but Bachelet’s approval rating is over 70%, up from a low of 35% in 2006. [...]
